1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pkrb website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you — the user — enter into a legally binding agreement with pkrb and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the pkrb platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all services offered by pkrb, including but not limited to: online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, virtual sports, and all promotional activities.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account with pkrb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform.
• You are a natural person and are registering the account for your own personal use only — not on behalf of any third party, business, or entity.
• You do not already hold an active or previously closed pkrb account.
• You are accessing pkrb from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, or direct family member of a pkrb employee or associated business partner.

pkrb reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration is completed only upon pkrb's confirmation, not upon submission of the registration form by the user.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrb account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. pkrb will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You must notify pkrb support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pkrb will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated at all times.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow any third party to use your account to place wagers.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised tools to interact with the pkrb platform.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• pkrb accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkrb are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrb supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and IBFT bank transfers.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. pkrb will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed identity verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the pkrb account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• pkrb reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity appears unusual.
• Any deposit made using a payment method other than those listed above may be rejected and returned to the source without crediting the pkrb account.
• pkrb does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkrb is not responsible.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pkrb offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket season specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated timeframe will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active on your account, a maximum bet limit per spin or round applies. Placing bets above this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: pkrb uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated play, low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and exploitation of technical errors.

pkrb reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games on pkrb are governed by product-specific rules in addition to these general Terms. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the rules applicable to that specific market or game.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the pkrb system. pkrb will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets, except where a manifest error has occurred.
• pkrb reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market or game that was made available due to a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to match events, official stoppages, or data feed issues. Bets already confirmed before a market suspension remain valid unless voided under these Terms.
• pkrb cricket betting markets are settled based on official scorecards from the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or the relevant board). In the event of a dispute, pkrb's settlement decision is final.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. pkrb does not manipulate game outcomes, and all RTP percentages are as stated in each game's information panel.
• pkrb reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum winnings, or access to specific markets for any individual player at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

7 KYC & Verification

pkrb is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) as part of its obligations under international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification must be completed before pkrb will process any withdrawal request.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document dated within the last three months showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used to make deposits, confirming it is registered in your name.

pkrb may request additional documentation at any time and at its sole discretion, including for routine compliance checks. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the stated timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

8 Responsible Gaming

pkrb is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pkrb account holders:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.
• Session Time Limits: You may request that pkrb alert you after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: You may voluntarily exclude yourself from the pkrb platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for their stated duration.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkrb platform — including but not limited to: the pkrb name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software, game content, odds data, promotional material, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of pkrb or its licensed third-party suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkrb platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any pkrb content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting any software used on the pkrb platform.
• Using pkrb trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner not explicitly authorised in writing by pkrb.
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated means to collect data or odds information from the pkrb platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrb's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkrb account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkrb shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond pkrb's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds or game results caused by data feed failures or third-party system errors, where pkrb acts promptly to rectify or void the affected markets.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from your breach of these Terms.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkrb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

pkrb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the pkrb platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkrb will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or these Terms.

12 Account Termination

You may close your pkrb account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (subject to KYC completion and no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method.

pkrb may suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• pkrb has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest activity on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• You are found to be under the age of 21.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).
• pkrb is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, pkrb reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrb holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkrb's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.

pkrb operates under international licensing standards and applies best-practice regulatory frameworks including anti-money laundering controls, player protection requirements, and fair gaming standards as mandated by its licensing authority.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pkrb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkrb will provide reasonable notice via on-site notification or email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the pkrb platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
